Dr. Mollie Hope, PT

Doctor of Physical Therapy and Health Coach, founder of Hope First Physical Therapy and Wellness, LLC

Mollie earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Duke University School of Medicine in 2015. After graduation, she moved from Durham to Lincoln to complete her neurologic residency training. After completing residency training, she became a board certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist in 2018. Mollie has extensive experience working with individuals with neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson Disease, brain injury, vestibular (dizziness) and balance conditions. She is passionate about increasing her clients’ independence and function!

In addition to her neurologic expertise, she has extensive experience helping clients manage other chronic health conditions including fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Her personal experience living with psoriatic arthritis coupled with her neurologic specialty training informs her approach to pain and fatigue management.

In addition to running her practice, Mollie founded and operates an online community supporting 900+ women healthcare entrepreneurs. Mollie is a classically trained ballet dancer with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance. She continues to dance recreationally. She also enjoys a regular yoga and meditation practice, birding, nature walks, working with her husband on their native pollinator garden, reading speculative fiction, cheering for the Huskers volleyball team, and spending time with her very cute dog.
